Mindfulness in Daily Living
Learn techniques to balance your life, decrease stress, and improve your health.
What will be covered:
May 2:
Definition of Mindfulness and application in daily activities
May 9:
Breathing techniques for relaxation
May 16:
Body scan and body awareness for health
May 23:
Types of meditation and practice of Peaceful Place meditation
Basic concepts will be presented followed by in-class experience Tuesday evenings 7:00-8:30 pm.
Class is limited to 40 participants.
$10 per session, payable at the door. Come to one or all.
Location:
Robinwood Center, Suite C, at the corner of Robinwood & Briarwood, just off Highway 54, in Bonita.
This class is neutral in content with no religious teachings.
Offered by the Center for Spiritual Living as a community service.
